The Steelers roster was trimmed down to 53 yesterday after placing QB Charlie Batch on the reserve/injured list and by releasing 22 other players. Batch broke his collarbone against the Philadelphia Eagles in the preseason opener game. Some of the notable players that were released were LB Arnold Harrison, LB Mike Humpal, S Ryan Mundy. [...]
